Immediately after your return has been processed, we will initiate the refund to your previous payment method.

Please treat our jewelry with care.

Periodically polish your accessory with a soft cloth to preserve its beauty and shine. Polishing will make your accessory shine, but will not remove scratches.

The following tips will help protect you:

Handle the jewelry with special care, do not drop it on the floor and do not subject to hard shocks.

We recommend taking off the jewelry before bathing, swimming and basically sports activities.

3. naturally beautiful
Avoid contact with perfume, cream, gel or make-up.

4. store separately
Store jewelry in a jewelry box or similar whenever possible and avoid contact with rough surfaces.

Arrived on the island of Borkum, the jewelry is examined. After receiving your order, our small team packs your order and brings it often the same day to the island post office.
